Sam is an Information Technology (IT) professional with broad experience in networking, administration, security, and customer support. He has a Bachelor of Network Security from Baker college. He is highly familiar with a wide variety of security, engineering, networking, and operating system software.Prior to KML, Sam spent three years as a customer support representative at Best Buy helping customers with a variety of computer issues and consulting with them on the proper items to purchase bettering their way of life on the internet.
