John Lilienthal heads the sales, marketing and customer success team. He is dedicated to making every customer encounter with KML a rewarding and pleasurable experience. John’s background is many years technical sales, marketing and customer service. He has worked for both large and small companies and translates this experience into creating the best outcomes for KML customers. John traveled the country and the world as a Marine Officer and is an avid scuba diver and backpacker. When he isn’t working, he is traveling to find the best outdoor experience on the hiking trails or under the water.
